Feast Coast Hospitality & Design was founded in 2020 by Chris Bily. The business oversees five brands; Original Grain, XO Taco, Double Cheese, Fly Bird and Hot Stuff hot sauce.

Our mission is to create unforgettable dining and lifestyle experiences that bring people together through bold flavors, inspired design, and a spirit of community.

From the handcrafted tacos of XO Taco and the West Coast inspired eats of Original Grain, to the craveworthy classics of Double Cheese, the fun and approachable style of Fly Bird, and the fiery personality of Hot Stuff hot sauce; each of our brands is built to spark connection, celebrate creativity, and reflect the energy of Syracuse and beyond.

Americana burger joint meets honky-tonk bar. The menu highlights smashburgers alongside a full bar featuring dirty sodas, rare-find beers and classic cocktails.
